Marketo error: 1016 Unable to approve email template

Cause:
- The email under the ### – FeedOtter setup email program related to the FO campaign has become corrupt, has been edited, and FO can no longer update it.
Resolution:
- User can try to ensure the “setup” template is approved.
- If this doesn’t fix it. Recommend following the steps https://www.feedotter.com/articles/reset-marketo-error-feedotter-email-templates/ to reset the template.
Customer Response Process:
- Work with the customer via email to resolve the issue. Send guide to reset. Schedule Zoom to walk through reset with customer if needed.
