- The user who was working on the campaign’s account either got deactivated or the user left the company and was removed from the Pardot account.
- Test Pardot connection> if not working, pause the campaign and email the customer> User needs to reauthorize the Pardot account, if that doesn’t work then connect a new Pardot account.

I noticed that your Pardot account has recently disconnected from FeedOtter causing your automated RSS emails to stop working.
To reconnect FeedOtter to your Pardot account you need to reauthorize your Pardot connection in FeedOtter.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Edit Pardot Connection > click Reauthorize. This should allow you to reconnect your Pardot account.
