Message: Cannot connect to Pardot

Cause:
  • The Pardot connection got disconnected.
Resolution:
  • Pause the campaign and the customer will need to go and reauthorize the connection or connect a new account through Pardot.
Customer Response Process:
  • Example message: Hi- Your FeedOtter campaign “—” is having trouble because your Pardot account disconnected from FeedOtter. To fix this, you will need to go to Settings > Integrations and reauthorize the connection or connect a new account through Pardot. For now, we have paused your campaign.
