Cause:
- The customer used multiple feeds and is using a token from one feed, which isn’t populating and making the subject line blank.
Resolution:
- Check the subject line and check that there is not just a token appearing blank.
Customer Response Process:
- Go to the campaign and replace the old token with a new token under the subject line. They are only taking the title from feed one, instead of multiple feeds, add multi-feed title subject token.
