  • What is pricing based on?

    Pricing is based on the volume of newsletters you send.  If you send a daily newsletter that would be 30 sends per month, the maximum supported by our Professional plan.

    On Enterprise plans pricing will also take into account the number of users, content and esp integrations, and service needs.

    We’re happy to provide you with a pricing range right off the bat, and give you a specific quote and proposal once we learn more about your use case and business goals!

  • What happens if I go over my email newsletter send limit?

    We’ll never stand in the way of you automating your emails. Feedotter will create as many automations as you need. If you exceed your plan limit by 20% or more for 3 months in a row our team may reach out to talk about upgrading you to a better plan for your needs.
  • How do you measure newsletter sends?

    While Feedotter creates the newsletter for you to send, a newsletter send is counted when Feedotter successfully creates a newsletter in your email automation tool. All newsletters are sent to subscribers by your automation tool.
  • How long does it take to be up and running with Feedotter automation?

    Most customers connect their marketing automation software and setup their first automated email in less than 15 minutes.
  • Do you charge any additional fees for setup, support, onboarding, or training?

    You’ll get all of the support outlined in the above plans, and we don’t charge any hidden or additional setup, onboarding, or training fees (even for enterprise-level companies).
