Olark Pardot Integration

Pardot have developed an integration with Olark to aid marketing automation. Using these two tools together helps gain insight into ROI and increase marketing accountability.

Pardot’s integration with Olark lets you do two things:

• Score your prospects based on having had a chat (they’re much more likely to convert based on having had a chat)
• Attach Olark chat transcripts to your prospects It’ll look something like this inside Pardot:

Since Pardot built the integration, it must be added from within the Pardot application, rather from within Olark.
